REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We will provide refunds or exchanges only if there is visible damage to the item(s), and the issue is reported within 3 days of receiving it via USPS. All returns must be mailed back by the buyer at his / her expense. Once we receive the item and site the damage, we’ll be happy to mail out a new item.

Inclusive Expressions accepts PayPal and all major credit cards. If using eChecks through Paypal, your order will ship once payment clears.
Inclusive Expressions makes regular shipments on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays so order processing is typically between 1-3 days on all orders. Occasionally, we may be out of stock on your item in which case we will notify you of the slight delay while we restock inventory.
International orders may take 1-2 weeks and domestic shipments between 3-7 days. Expedited shipping is available – contact us for options.
All items are shipped via USPS first class unless otherwise requested. Inclusive Expressions is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments by the US Postal Service after shipment.
